  • Smoking or vaping is permitted only through the fence around the back, outside the view or smell of children. Cigarette butts must be disposed of outside the residence.
  • Dogs may be allowed on a case-by-case basis with pre-approval, up-front pet fee, and pet rent per night. Dogs must be current on vaccinations, wellness, and grooming protocols (including bathing, brushing, and flea and tick treatments). All dogs must be crated when the guest is away from the residence, kept off furniture when not crated, leashed when walked, and picked up after. Any accidents or damage must be reported immediately. Cats, Pitbulls, Pitbull mixes, or unknown mixes are not allowed. All pets must be pre-approved before booking.
